Setting High Goals and Working Hard with Doctor Ellen Ochoa

We're back for our third season! Our first guest is Doctor Ellen Ochoa, the first Hispanic woman to go to space and the first Hispanic director and second female director of the Johnson Space Center. On this episode, Dr. Ochoa will talk about why it's important to follow your passion but also pay attention to what you're good at, not give up easily and learn to reframe your approach after rejection, the importance of finding your team of cheerleaders, and dreaming big, but also preparing to work hard.
